Shipping

We currently ship throughout the United Kingdom.

Shipping is included in the price of all products for UK mainland addresses, so there are no hidden delivery charges at checkout unless otherwise stated.

If you're located outside the UK, we'd still love to hear from you. Please get in touch before placing an order and we'll do our best to arrange an international delivery quotation.

Order Processing

As every Beast is handcrafted in our Scottish Borders workshop, each order is made with care rather than taken from a warehouse shelf.

Once your order is confirmed, we'll begin preparing it for dispatch. Processing times may vary depending on demand, but we'll keep you updated throughout the process.

Delivery

We work with trusted delivery partners to ensure your order arrives safely.

Estimated delivery times will be confirmed once your order is ready for dispatch. While we always aim to meet these estimates, occasional delays outside of our control may occur.

Receiving Your Order

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.

If your item has been damaged during transit, or if anything is missing from your delivery, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Including photographs of any damage will help us resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Delivery Address

Please ensure your delivery address is correct when placing your order.

If an incorrect address is provided and your order has already been dispatched, additional delivery charges may apply.

International Orders

Our website and pricing are currently designed for customers within the United Kingdom.

If you're based overseas and are interested in purchasing a Beastly Fire, please contact us before ordering. We'll be happy to discuss the available shipping options and provide a tailored delivery quote.
